Stepping Out for Service Dogs UK

Hello everyone, my name is Kirsty and I’m a 22 year old Politics and Journalism Student – and most importantly a runner!
I’m running the Dublin Marathon 2024 for Service Dogs UK to support all the people suffering from trauma from their work in the services. This cause is close to my heart as I’ve got a sister in the NHS and was a RAF Air Cadet for 10 years and seen the amazing work they do for us whilst suffering with  internal battles.
As a dog owner I know how much dogs do for our mental health and I am so amazed by what the service dogs and their handlers do. I hope to raise awareness and money to support them as much as possible.

We are so grateful to Kirsty for going the extra mile… and mile… and mile for SDUK!  If you would like to help Kirsty’s fundraising, please visit her Justgiving page.
