Leaving a Gift in Memory
Celebrate a life by changing another
Making a donation in memory of someone special is a meaningful way to celebrate their life while helping Service Dogs UK continue transforming the lives of Veterans living with PTSD. Whether you choose to make a personal donation, ask family and friends to give in lieu of flowers, or organise a collection at a funeral/celebration of life, every gift helps us train and support life-changing assistance dogs for those who have served our country.
Funeral and Memorial Donations
Many families choose to request donations to Service Dogs UK instead of flowers at a funeral or celebration of life. These thoughtful gifts provide a lasting tribute while helping Veterans regain confidence, independence and hope through the support of a specially trained assistance dog.
If you are arranging a funeral or memorial service, your funeral director can usually collect donations on your behalf, or family and friends can donate directly to Service Dogs UK via Just Giving, Paypal, BACS or Cheque.

– Make a one-off donation in memory of a loved one.
– Mark a birthday or anniversary with an annual gift.
– Ask friends and family to donate in place of gifts.
– Organise a fundraising event in their memory.
Tell Us About Your Loved One
If you would like to share a few words about the person you are remembering, we’d be honoured to hear their story. While there is no obligation to do so, many supporters find comfort in knowing that the life of someone they loved is being remembered.
Make a Gift in Memory
Your gift will help us continue matching Veterans with carefully trained assistance dogs, providing life-changing support for years to come.
