Service Dogs UK Merchandise – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Service Dogs UK online store. By purchasing merchandise from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Service Dogs UK is a registered charity (Charity No. 1165409) and a company limited by guarantee (Company No. 09553131). All profits from merchandise sales go directly towards supporting our mission to train and provide life-changing assistance dogs to Veterans with PTSD.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments via PayPal.
Full payment is required before items are dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days from confirmation.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Charity Support

100% of profits from merchandise sales go towards the training and placement of PTSD assistance dogs for Veterans. Your purchase helps make a real difference.

8. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with third parties except as necessary to process your order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
