Celebrating Over 90 Accredited Partnerships
2025/26 has been a landmark year for Service Dogs UK. This year, we celebrated 15 new accredited partnerships – the highest number of accreditations in our history. Alongside this, we completed 10 re-accreditations, recognising the continued success and longevity of our existing partnerships.
These achievements mean that Service Dogs UK now proudly supports over 90 accredited partnerships across the UK.
Behind every accreditation is a remarkable story of trust, resilience and transformation. Each new partnership represents a Military or Blue Light Veteran and their Assistance Dog embarking on a life-changing journey together. Built on companionship, understanding and unwavering support, these bonds help Veterans regain confidence, independence and hope as they navigate life with PTSD.
Re-accreditations are equally important, highlighting the enduring strength of partnerships that continue to thrive year after year. They demonstrate the lasting impact that Assistance Dogs can have, not only in supporting Veterans day-to-day but in creating lifelong bonds that enrich both ends of the lead.
This record-breaking year reflects the continued growth of Service Dogs UK and the dedication of everyone involved in our mission – from our staff and volunteers to our supporters, fundraisers and partner organisations.
As our regional hubs continue to strengthen and expand, we look forward to supporting even more Veterans in the years ahead. Every new accreditation represents another life changed and another extraordinary partnership created.
While we are incredibly proud of reaching this milestone, we know there is still more to do. Many Veterans could benefit from the support of an Assistance Dog, and we remain committed to ensuring that more people can access these life-changing partnerships in the future.
To every Veteran, every Assistance Dog, and everyone who has supported Service Dogs UK on this journey – thank you.
Together, we are changing lives, one partnership at a time.
